The Health Department of Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) is organizing Tibetan Healing Yoga (Lu Jong) Camps for the Tibetans living in India, Nepal, and Bhutan.

The first camp was held at Samyeling Tibetan Colony in Majnu Tila, Delhi and TCV Youth Hostel in Rohini, Delhi on September 12, 2014.

Tibetan Healing Yoga master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche from Vienna, Austria will lead the camps.

"In order to spread more awareness on health in Tibetan society, last year, during the audience I was advised by the Dalai Lama to teach Lu Jong in Tibetan society. I have received the transmission lineages of all the traditions of yogic practices of energy channels, wind and drops. Lu Jong is a part of the Candali Yoga (yoga of psychic heat) from six doctrines of Naropa." says Rinpoche.

Rinpoche will distribute two separate DVDs free of cost on Lu Jong and Kang Gyok (Tibetan Running Health Technique). During the first phase of his tour, he will travel to Dharamsala from Delhi and then to Tibetan settlements in South India.

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche is accompanied by Geshe Norsang, former chant master of Gaden monastery in South India who is responsible for managing the programs of the camp.
